We take on whole house renovations, room-by-room updates, and period property projects where original features, conservation area requirements, or listed building consent need careful handling alongside the building work itself. Renovation projects are rarely identical to the last one, so we scope each project individually rather than working from a fixed package.
Working with period and character properties
Older properties come with their own considerations: original mouldings, sash windows, timber frames, or conservation area restrictions that don't apply to modern builds. Where a property sits in a conservation area or is listed, we factor the additional consent process into the project timeline from the outset rather than treating it as a surprise.

Design and quote.
We develop a design brief and provide a detailed quote before anything is agreed. We also advise on whether planning permission or permitted development rights apply, and manage the building regulations process alongside a structural engineer where needed.

A dedicated site team manages the build from groundworks through to finishing, with regular updates so you always know where the project stands. We only use the best tradesman, so you can guarantee that your project will be completed to the highest standard.

Handover.
We complete a full walkthrough and snagging check before we sign off to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with the work that has been completed.
